About Us(Pibilotti Art Studio was established in 2005 by……) Pibilotti Art Studio is founded by Ler Hock Chuan and Tay Shuh Fung, who are graduates in fine art from Nanyang Academy of Fine Art. These two artists are active and established members of the local art scene who have participated in numerous local and overseas exhibition.They are also very experience art educators with a total of some 20 years in teaching art in the community.
